Construction projects move thru standard phases from Design, Bidding, Submittals, Building and Close-Out in a straight forward path. While no two projects are the same, they all follow the same process. EIP enhances BIM (Building Information Modeling), LEED and STEP standards by providing a structured web based storage solution for the documents created during the construction process.
